Unlocked verizon phones?

If i buy an unlocked Verizon phone will it be compatible with at&t? also is there anywhere i can buy an unlocked LG env touch? if not are there any good at&t phones out there? right now i have a xenon and im not a hugh fan of a sliding phone but i want a full keyboard. Thanks!
