EnV Touch Keeps Freezing?

My LG EnV Touch keeps freezing. I'll turn it on and it works fine for about 20 seconds and then freezes. Nothing works and it won't even let me shut it off unless I take the battery out. I've left the battery out for a day and a half and it still keeps happening. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? Will resetting help? If so, does anyone know how to reset it? Thanks in advance for any help (:
