My phone says cannot support high resolution ?

I reallllly need a video off this phone but the charger part is brockken , and it says the video is too big to be sent.( cannot support high resolution).. i don't have a card in it & i really really need this video! is there any way i could get it on someone elses phone? (* i have another env i bought specifically just so i could get this video, but it wont send ! ) thanks
