My Verizon Env 3 is locked and I forgot the password. Help?

I had lost my phone for a while and i just found it today in my truck. Before I set my phone where if I turn it off & back on, it locks and i have to have a 4 number code to unlock it. well I kinda forgot the password over the past 5 months. anyone know how to unlock it ? :/
