Question with Verzion data plans?

I have an upgrade and my dad he will take me to the verzion store. I cant seem to find any good phones with out a data plan and i was wondering if there were ten dollar data plans and what phones you can get with a data plan. And i would just like to know how much a regular plan costs with unlimited texting i also have the env 3
